Drama Club Permission Form
My child, ___________________________, has
permission to participate in the HCCMS Drama Club. I understand that this i=
s an
after school activity for my child. Drama Club meetings are held on the fou=
rth Wednesday
of each month from 3:30 – 4:30 in the drama room. Students who are
members of drama club will be invited to be part of the drama club producti=
ons
and drama club activities. Snacks and drinks will also be for sale at drama
club meetings. I give permission for my child to be involved with the drama
club, and agree to provide support and transportation for my child home from
drama club and to and from other drama club activities. I understand that my
child needs to be picked up from drama club meetings promptly at 4:30 in the
drama room.

The Fine Arts Booster Club funds drama club acti=
vities
and productions. Please join us to support the fundraising efforts of this
parent organization. There is a need of parent volunteers; some who can help
supervise in the afternoons, others that may be willing to sew, or shop, ha=
ng
posters or write letters, and agree to help out their schedule permits. The =
first
Drama Club meeting will be August 29th in the drama room until 4=
:30
